In 2016 Simon shot comedy drama Marley's Ghosts, starring Sarah Alexander and John Hannah, for director Jonathan Gershfield (Three and Out). Season 2 of new look Teletubbies also completed, working with VFX Supervisor Rob Harvey, alongside Rob Delicata and Malcolm Woolridge (VFx Co), involving extensive Motion Control, Motion Base and scaling of miniature sets. He also contributed on "Jason Bourne", with VFX Supervisor Charlie Noble, shooting stunt performer face replacement for Matt Damon.

Simon continues to work with director Barny Revill and Oxford Scientific Films, which launched the series of ITV1 documentaries “The Secret Life of Dogs” (Followed by Cats/Babies), voiced by Martin Clunes in 2015. Simon subsequently shot the final two episodes of the series, "Secrets of growing up" & "Secrets of growing old", with Director Luke Wiles in 2016. Prior to this Simon has collaborated with Oxford Scientific Films on a number of their acclaimed shows in the past few years and in 2014 scooped a Guild of Television Cameramen ‘Award for Excellence’ on their RTS nominated “How To Win the Grand National” (Channel 4).

In 2005 Simon shot the pilot and subsequently the next 5 seasons of Man V’s Wild with Bear Grylls. He picked up an Emmy nomination in 2010 for his cinematography on Episode 45 “Big Sky Country”, directed by Konrad Begg. Simon has also shot drama for Directors including Otto Bathurst and SJ Clarkson and commercials in the UK, South Africa and USA for a wide range of clients and agencies including BBH, Olgilvy & Mather, Euro RSCG NY and MINDSHARE NY.
